Listings & Inventory Lead
We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive team member to manage and optimize our product listings across multiple sales platforms. In this role, you’ll own our inventory database, create compelling listings, price products competitively, and ensure our gear stands out online. You'll collaborate closely with sales and fulfillment teams to keep everything running smoothly, jump in on featured campaigns, and help drive results every day. If you’re passionate about details, communication, and being part of a purpose-driven team, we’d love to meet you.
The ideal candidate brings a problem-solving mindset and confidence in matching gear to customer needs with clarity and care. You’ll need strong math skills, sharp decision-making, and the ability to manage complex databases with inputs from multiple sources. We value passion—for production gear, for the mission of ChurchGear, and for serving the local church, especially church tech leaders.
