Fender's serial number lookup matches this neck (Z8253247) to a December 2008 Highway One Stratocaster HSS in 3-Color Sunburst. The guitar has since been modified and now has three single-coil pickups (SSS) and a beige / light tan finish, both different from the original factory spec.
