- The “ON” text on the Channel 11/12 ON/MUTE button is worn/missing. The button itself is in great shape and lights up and functions normally. Channel 13/14 passes signal, but the ON/MUTE button is intermittent and can be influenced by other buttons (such as PFL), making engagement inconsistent. Some faders do not slide as smoothly as expected, but they still function. The fader cap for Channel 13/14 is missing, but the fader itself remains adjustable.
